PLEASE READ THE CELEBRITY DRESS’ STORE POLICY CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF YOUR RIGHTS AND OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU.

The Celebrity Dress will only provide a refund for any clothing item purchased in the following situations as prescribed by law;

• The item has a basic, serious fault that was not known by you
• The item does not do the job that you were led to believe it would do
• The item does not match the sample you were shown, or
• The item does not fit its description.

The Celebrity Dress will only refund in the specific situations listed above and will not refund if;

• You change your mind about a purchase
• You knew or should have known about the fault when the item was purchased
• You are unable to provide proof of purchase at this store and when it was purchased or
• You cause damage to the item due to not following care instructions or misuse of the item.
